About Us: The mission of Southern Oregon Friends of Hospice is to sustain Celia’s House in Holmes Park, ensure exceptional care for dying individuals and their families, and promote broader knowledge of the benefits of end-of-life palliative care.

Southern Oregon Friends of Hospice (SOFH) is the nonprofit organization that operates Celia’s House. SOFH is dedicated to providing compassionate end-of-life care and support to the community through various services, including residential hospice care, community outreach, and education on advanced care planning.

Celia’s House, a nonprofit 12-bed residence, is a sanctuary of comfort and dignity for individuals in Southern Oregon. Healthcare professionals provide end-of-life care, offering a dignified option in a home-like setting. Our 24/7 nurturing comfort care is a source of reassurance when dying at home is not an option. We do this without regard for an individual’s ability to pay. Fundraising is a crucial component of our annual goals to ensure we can support all individuals who need our care. June in Bloom just one avenue of many to sustain Celia’s House every year and support people at the end of their life and their families.
