Please help support end of life care programs in Southern Oregon with your donations of goods, time or money. Our primary objective is to create and sustain a hospice residential care facility. We purchased the Holmes Park House for that purpose in April, 2016. By opening a 12-bed hospice residential care facility we are turning the iconic and historic home originally built for Harry Holmes, founder of Harry & David, into a needed resource for our Rogue Valley community. With questions about the project, call Susan Hearn, Executive Director at 541-941-5960.
